Porsche Consulting for Young Professionals

We are the right choice for your career start. As a young professional at Porsche Consulting, you’ll jump straight into your career. As a valuable team member, you will support our clients from the very beginning together with your experienced colleagues. And put their innovative projects into action. Step by step, you’ll learn what excellent management and strategy consulting is all about.

We don’t stand still for an instant. You’ll do interdisciplinary work in a number of different subject areas. Your projects and teams will change roughly every three to five months. So you’ll have the opportunity to get to know different industries and modes of working.

By the way – the sense of togetherness is very important to us. At Porsche Consulting, you’ll be employed by a company with an open mindset that embraces diversity, teamwork, sustainability and “new work” as a matter of conviction. Onboarding

Get started right away: In a 3-week onboarding phase, you will get to know Porsche Consulting and other newcomers and prepare yourself optimally for your new job.

Mentoring

We provide individual support: When you start with us, you’ll be intensively mentored by an experienced co-worker for the first six months. So you’ll always have a central contact person.

Training

We support your development intensively: Twice a year, there’s a one-week training program. All employees of Porsche Consulting come together and celebrate learning and networking.

Feedback

We evaluate you transparently: Several times a year, we give you valuable, project-related feedback. We develop goals jointly with you in half-year and year-end reviews.
