Your Responsibilities
- Close cooperation with the consultancy team for strategic and implementation projects
- Solving challenging and central issues for our clients
- Preparing and following up workshops as well as helping to run them
- Analyzing and preparing complex data sets
- Independent processing of own activities or fields of action from analysis to implementation
What We Expect from You
- Studying economics, (industrial) engineering or similar
- At least three college semesters plus initial practical experience
- College enrollment or gap year between bachelor’s and master’s programs
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Structured and professional approach to work
- Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality
- Strong command of MS Office applications
- Very good German and English
- Willingness to travel domestically
