Markus Uellendahl

Markus Uellendahl is a Senior Partner and responsible for the field Operations across all industries at Porsche Consulting. As an expert for smart processes, he helps clients in the fields of procurement, quality and production & logistics increase their profitability and growth and supports them in transformation processes. His specializations include the strategic reorientation of production and supplier networks, profitability programs, smart factories, digital platforms and the establishment of circular value creation chains.

Markus Uellendahl studied industrial engineering at Technische Universität Berlin. He began his career in 2003 in the aerospace industry and joined Porsche Consulting as an executive in 2012. With his vision of smart production across all levels, he has provided important impetus for the transformation of factories. He has led the Porsche Consulting office in Berlin since 2018.
