Carmen is HR Manager at the São Paulo Office and one of the first colleagues to join Porsche Consulting Brazil after the foundation of the subsidiary in 2010. From the very beginning, she was fascinated by the passion & enthusiasm of the entire team and the diverse range of tasks and challenges
Carmen, tell us more about you!
Carmen, what was your motivation to join Porsche Consulting?
I was one of the first employees at Porsche Consulting Brazil and witnessed the challenge of starting anew. I’ve followed the amazing growth of the company and had the great opportunity to develop myself along with it. Being an active part of every new achievement and every little step along the way gave me lots of enthusiasm. Today, Porsche Consulting is a well-known consultancy in Brazil. However, I still remember feeling the goosebumps when we achieved a new success on our way until now.
How would you summarize your time so far at Porsche Consulting in 3 words?

What makes Porsche Consulting Brazil special?
We are an international company that perfectly blends the German qualities with the Brazilian culture. This excellent mixture is the distinction of Porsche Consulting Brazil. Brazilians have the ability to easily adapt to new situations and to develop innovative “out of the box” solutions. Moreover, we are very optimistic and don’t give up easily. Even in the worst situations, we keep believing that we will overcome it and get stronger with every new challenge.
What was the most special thing you’ve experienced in the past year?
I had the amazing opportunity to sleep in the middle of the White Desert in Egypt, observing the stars and waking up with an unforgettable sunrise in a relaxing silent. It really was an unforgettable experience!
