What was your motivation to join Porsche Consulting?
My journey with Porsche Consulting began as an intern. I was always fascinated by the company and the huge variety of projects and tasks. During my internship, I gained valuable insights into the company and learned a great deal about my current role. Already then, I was given a significant level of responsibility and trust to handle projects on my own. This experience strengthened my desire to work in the field of business travel and to join Porsche Consulting after my B.A. in Tourism. I feel incredibly fortunate to have joined such an exceptional team and contribute every day to make mobility at Porsche Consulting for our colleagues as sustainable, convenient, and beneficial as possible.
How would you summarize your time so far at Porsche Consulting in 3 words?

What has been your most memorable project so far ?
I was given the responsibility to prepare the introduction of a mobility budget for every Porsche Consulting colleague. This included a three month test period as well as negotiations with different mobility services providers. At the beginning of 2023, the mobility budget finally started. It was a great experience and I´m happy that every colleague can now chose the best mobility option for himself.
What has been your biggest takeaway in the past few years?
I honestly feel that I learn something new every day. Especially since joining Porsche Consulting, I am always getting thrown in at the deep end and can always learn something new in a great environment. However, an important realisation for me was that in stressful times it helps to put the current challenge in the right context and see the big picture again. If time allows, I always try to clear my head by going for a run!
